About

Quantum Learning Leadership Institute — Module 5 ARLP's take on Plan-Do-Study-Act: read the evidence closely, reflect on it together, and — when the reflection calls for it — test a change idea through the Continuous Improvement Cycle. In this self-paced course you will: • Know: Name the three stages of ARLP's improvement pathway — Close Reading, Reflective Quadrants, and the Continuous Improvement Cycle — and what each one produces. • Know: Describe the four phases of the cycle — Plan, Do, Study, Act — and the parts of a change idea: aim, drivers, actions, testers, and test dates. • Do: Run a three-press Close Reading (WHAT, HOW, WHY) and work through Reflective Quadrants Q1–Q4. • Do: Draft a complete Continuous Improvement Cycle for one change idea using the ARLP protocol. • Be: Treat the cycle as a reflective practice, not a form to fill out. Includes Alan Rogers' framework narrative and infographic, a reference data table, five practice worksheets for your leadership journal, a guide for bringing the work to your team, a shared-language reference, a knowledge check, references, and an AR Leadership Partners Certificate of Completion when you finish every step. Estimated time: 3–3.5 hours. Missed this module in an in-person QLL cohort? This course is your make-up: the same framework, terms, and worksheets.
